About The Sweet Shop

More Than Just Cake

Formerly Birchie’s Sweet Shop, that cozy, community restaurant and bakery on the square in Smithville, TN, The Sweet Shop is now in its third generation. Though we are no longer located on the square, The Sweet Shop continues to offer custom cakes and delicious desserts to our community and surrounding areas.

We specialize in wedding cakes, custom birthday and special occasion cakes, dessert buffets, fruit cascades and other signature treats.
